Fixing SAIL ASM and rd in STORERL

Addressing #3 by removing rd from the encoding description of STORERL. When I was fixing that, I noticed a mismatch between the SAIL and document ASM descriptions, which I addressed. I suspect that the upstream SAIL aext is wrong, which I inherited these errors from.
