Drag and Drop

Drag and Drop adds the possibility to drop Issue Cards on top of Visualizations and Kanban Boards to add them to the Object. While doing so the Card itself is deleted.

To prevent adding Issues by accident the Drop is blocked if you move the Card too fast. Issues are highlighted if they are ready to be added and therefore droped. Visualizations are highlighted if they overlap or are close to each other, so it is always clear where the Issue will land.
