Maybe we can use the source files as smallest unit to consider. Though the C case is more complex, we might can use an approach similar to JS/TS https://github.com/sandstorm/dependency-analysis/pull/2/files#diff-26af8b54c3a9b8611614c4a02cdcb3355a41b574fff3c636c5f1bf70fbd96028
