Downloading the library for the different architecture and platform is currently done in the appveyor config file.
It's very error prone, as the download commands differ for the different platforms (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and it is not portable if moving out of appveyor is needed.
Instead, use a
download_library.pyscript withpdmscripts to download the bundled library from all the platforms.
