Fix Profile image Loading

Purpose

The purpose of this PR is to fix #178

Goals

Fix profile image loading in admin dashboard which should be changed on manage mentee application and manage mentor application files.

Approach

Imported ProfilePic component the image path logic in both the manage-mentee-application.component and manage-mentor-application.component files to ensure the proper display of profile images. The images are now sourced dynamically based on the user’s profile data.
