The Hack license for work in the Hack project was modified to the MIT license. Changes in this PR update the Hack license in the source files (built into OpenType tables of fonts), the LICENSE.md file, and the README.md file. This change removes the reserved font name from the Hack typeface.

Full discussion was held in #271

👏 👍 Looking to remove the silly name I thought of in the Nerd Fonts patched version "Knack" 😄
