Added auto refresh feature:
Every minute the status of the Roomba will be fetched to improve response time of the Home.app

Status caching for better concurrent calls support

Sometimes HomeKit will make several calls to get multiple status indicators. Now, those requests will only trigger one call to the Roomba instead of one for each request, resulting in better performance and response speed.
