Looks like `rust-bitcoin` is going to bump their MSRV to 1.56.1, let's follow suit.
We don't need these pin for the current MSRV, they came from 1.48.0 in `rust-bitcoin`.
We already set `export CARGO_TERM_VERBOSE=true`, the use of `--verbose` is redundant.
We do not commit the lock files so using --locked is meaningless.
