No dependency check between PIN and wipe code #4446

The wipe code is directly dependent on the PIN:

According to Figma, the PIN should be requested when setting up the wipe code is created/changed.
As a consequence of the previous point, the PIN should not be disabled when the wipe code is turned on.

These two dependency checks are currently not implemented.
