@csteimer One more formatting fix and then an additional round of testing, I'm afraid. EDIT: You need clang-format, not clang-tidy. Also, please make sure that you're running version 14.x |
This commit adds a utility function that imports off rank entries of the dropping map used in the segregatedAFactory and avoids a call to reduce All. It also applies the review suggestions.

Motivation
For our contact mechanics code we need to filter some off-diagonal terms for the aggregation factory, as otherwise the resulting aggregates may potentially cross the contact interface. As our matrix is not block diagonal we need the option to specify entries as row/column pairs as an arbitrary combination of the entries of two maps/lists of entries.
To ensure that all combinations of these maps are dropped from the resulting matrix we require the maps to be communicated amongst all processors. So far we have not found a work around for this, but this communication has been made optional and can be controlled by an input parameter from the xml file.

Testing
Framework tests have been added for the new option to ensure that the matrix filtering leads to interface conforming aggregates. Additionally, the unittest for the blockmap filtering has been updated to fit the new input mechanism.
