We need to investigate the time and effort it will take to add linework to th existing calvin model. We also need to decide if NHD and/or OSM is the best choice for that linework. Mui has
We will use the following paths as our test:

sr_sha -> d5
sr_cle -> d94 -> sr_whi -> d5 -> d73
-> d73 -> c2 -> d74 -> c5 -> c87 -> d76a -> d77
wwp101 -> c2

If it makes sense to move any nodes to match up with this line work, that's OK.
