Pulling Guide

We use the git flow model and therefore there should be two types of pull requests:

• requests to merge in the branch someuser:cool-new-feature to ukhas:develop
• requests to merge in someuser:develop to ukhas:develop (very rare, see below).

We'd like to be fairly strict about keeping to the model, so you should probably reject requests that don't conform to this pattern. The only requests to merge someuser:develop into ukhas:develop should be tiny changes like adding someone to the AUTHORS file.
