This project’s main goal was to support the mission and values of Homes For Heroes and to improve the management of clients, admins, and the interactions between them. As a result, we developed a web application with features to manage various aspects of such relationships and interactions to help Homes For Heroes scale across Canada.
The survey tool enables the volunteers of H4H to manage, use, and create surveys in order to easily keep track of veterans information.
Through a database that contains information of H4H's clients (or veterans), volunteers, partnerships, and admins, information can be easily organized, queried, and filtered based on various needs.
Every veteran's situation is different. To ensure proper and timely communication, each veteran has his or her own case notes that log updates and information that is unable to be retrieved from surveys. This also ensures that each veteran is receiving the right assistance based on individual needs.
