Minor update release tweaking the curation a bit and added an option to the GPMLRDF CLI tools to not generate BridgeDb identifier mappings.

Updated binaries with BridgeDb 3.0.22 and updated BridgeDb Tiwid data, added two command line utilities to generate RDF, updated the tests to deal with the new 'classic' website, and several small improvements to existing tests.

Updated binaries with BridgeDb 3.0.18, image links in the RDF, and a few more curation tests.

Release 4

Adds the Homology_Converted tag to the RDF output and uses that to exclude homology-converted pathways from certain tests. Also now tests for incorrect KEGG reaction identifiers. Improved the curation report for a few tests a bit.

Updated GPMLRDF and WikiPathways Curation code. Both now based on Apache Jena 4.3.0. Also renames the Java package of the tools.

Release 1

Updated GPML2RDF library that does not throw an NPE when the /tmp/OPSBRIDGEDB/ folder doesn't exist. Changes to the RDF include the pathway DataNodes are now typed, and GPMLRDF pathways nodes now have rdf:seeAlso links out.
