How to report bugs

If it is build-time bug (project doesn't build), show as much as possible information about the build environment, e.g.:

• how did you obtain the source code (if it is a tar.gz - show the url, if it is git checkout - which commit)
• ./configure command used and full output
• make full output
• any other relevant information about the system if there is anything unusual
