Core upgrade release (Security issues)
This release fixes issue OpenY couldn't install because of broken google_tag contrib module we are using in distribution. See respective ticket on Drupal.org
For the current installations of OpenY no need to update it if you have issues with a new core and need to work on an upgrade path.
