These are the other features I had from bundled in with #11, split them into this PR now.

Adds

  1. new atlas labels (coarse versions of ABA), mainly useful when comparing to MRI
  2. ability to read stains from the OME-Zarr, and then no need to hard-code stains -- we now have a priority-ordered list of stains to use for registration (stains_for_reg), and a list of stains compatible with blob detection (stains_for_blobdetect)
  3. also updates the test placeholder dataset to work properly
